Over the years, we’ve spoken to more than 30,000 women (and sometimes their husbands/partners) from various countries within Europe and as far afield as Australia and the USA. We’ve listened to their problems, shared our tips and for many people, this has been invaluable.
We’ll double check that you don’t end up buying NHSteps if it’s contraindicated by a medicine that you’ve been prescribed or taken at the same time as a food or drink which may prevent your body absorbing its ingredients as well as it could do.
If we don’t feel that NHSteps is working/going to work, we will tell you. Wherever possible, we will try to suggest an alternative for you to try. We may not stock it ourselves, but at least it gives you something for you to try.

Our UK based call center that has worked with us since 2005 and are specially trained to help support you with the use of our products. NovaNutri Support staff can answer the majority of your questions, arrange for the dispatch of information packs and process your order if you prefer to do this over the telephone.
